December 2019 Umrah Trip

We went with Al Ibrahim travel on the Umrah trip in December 2019. There is so much good to say about this trip starting from the team of Al Ibrahim Travel including Br. Imran and Br. Shahbaz. The whole trip was extremely well organized from start to finish with a number of pleasant surprises and treats in between that were arranged by Br. Imran. The communication even before the trip started was so much clear that removed any anxiety we had. We could not attend the pre-trip seminar and they made a special arrangement to record the seminar and posted it on YouTube which we benefited from a great deal. The packages contained everything that was required. They took care of the smallest detail. For example, they provided scent-free soaps to ensure that we have one less thing to worry about when in ihram. The choice of Dr. Munir El-Kassem as a spiritual leader was excellent. He was fully engaged at every junction of the trip and we tremendously benefited from his knowledge. Throughout the trip, he provided tips and guidance that helped us navigate in a better fashion. I can’t say enough about his Islamic knowledge, dedication and ability to motivate, which was complemented by his sense of humour that made this trip much more enjoyable. I don’t think I will ever forget his words near the end of the trip “Our request to Br. Imran is that next time let’s have more Umrah and less Al-Baik” The choice of hotels, transportation, guided tours, support during the umrah itself made this trip so much more easy. All in all, it was a memorable and blessed journey which I will always remember. I whole heartedly recommend Br. Imran and his team. If you want to go for Umrah, you should look no further than Al Ibrahim Travel! May Allah accept from all of us, Ameen!

We had our Umrah planned in Jan 2018, and we figured our son's birth certificate didn't have my husband's name on it, we tried every travel agent in GTA and they all said visa application will be denied. Assalam O Alaikum. One of my family friend introduced the name of ALIBRAHIM TRAVELS. I am living in Toronto more than 20 years and travel to Saudia to perform Ummrah and Haj multiple times. During November 8 to November 15 we have arranged Airticket, Visa and Transport through ALIBRAHIM. This was our first time to take the services from ALIBRAHIM TRAVE. We found really marvelous. We received Hotel/Transport Voucher at Toronto with all details. In fact, I was little bit worried about the services but we have no complaint at all and advise to every one to use travel services by ALIBRAHIM TRAVEL particularly to perform Ummrah or Haj. As soon as we arrived at Jeddah Airport, I have phoned to the Mr. Hamid. He immediately sent a Driver to pick us from the Jeddah Airport and take use directly to Makkah. Similarly in Makkah & Madina, we did not face any problem of Transport. Their staff just away from your one phone call. Their Transport Staff is very punctual, well behaved and very cooperative. From now on, we will recommend to all my friends to provide opportunity to ALIBRAHIM TRAVEL and avoid travel problems. Here I must mention the name of Brother IMRAN from ALIBRAHIM TRAVEL who is very humble and provide all the guidance for the preparation of this holy trip. Besides this ALIBRAHIM TRAVELS has a Office at LAHORE PAKISTAN which is run by Brother FAHED. I had a talked with him during my stay at LAHORE. A memorable journey

Our group just returned from one of the most blessed and memorable trips of our lives. It was the first time I used Al Ibrahim Travel and I have already recommended it to all my friends who plan on going. Even before leaving, they held a very detailed seminar outlining what we would expect when we arrive in Saudi. This travel agent is amazing! I am a single woman and went with Al Ibrahim and a group of friends. Brother Shabaaz and Sheikh Shabir Ally were our leaders on this trip. They organized everything really well and helped us really enjoy our time there. We went on the tour bus to visit all the wonderful places where the Prophet SWS have been and it was amazing. Definitely the best with no doubt. As we were going for Umrah the first time, they guided It all very very well with no issues whatsoever. Hotel bookings were outstanding and very smooth. It were very close to the Haram and came with breakfast which was convenient and lovely. Along with umrah, there were tours to many historic sites in both Makkah and Madinah such as mountains, mosques and museum exhibitions that were amazing. We did Umrah from 19th April till 29th April 2017 through Al Ibrahim Travels, It was a great experience as they are excellent people who are so caring and honest, especially our group leader brother Shahbaz was an amazing person who helped us a lot and educated us step by step about how to perform umrah. Both Hotels in Makkah and Madinah were 5 star and our Hotel in Madina was just in front of Msjid e Nabwi (PBUH), Hotel in Makkah (Marriott) was a little bit far but they had 24 hours pick and drop shuttle service available which drops and picks just in front of Haram sharif. March Break 2017 Umrah

This year we went for Umrah with Al-Ibrahim Travels during the March break. We had a wonderful experience and successful Umrah trip. The Umrah and ziyarat(s) were well organized and done in a timely fashion. Sheikh Imran Ally leaded the team. He is very knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable for every one. Mr. Imran Ibrahim was with us every step of the way making sure we are accounted for after every outing and planning the days in advance. At the end of the trip our flights were cancelled due to sand storm and Mr. Ibrahim took care of all the travelers every step of the way during this process. We have always purchased our tickets from Al-Ibrahim Travel since they started and they have always met our expectation. I have noticed that they always exhibit great customer service and unmatched follow-up through their friendly staff. This month my family and I went for Umrah for the first time with their Umrah group. Everything was arranged by Al-Ibrahim Travel. Seminar conducted before our departure helped us in understanding all the do's and don’t for Umrah. Since departure everything was very well planned and documented which resulted absolutely no problems. Our group leader Imran Ibrahim was extremely helpful throughout our journey. Group guide (Sheikh Imran) was very knowledgeable and he helped us understanding everything related and provided so much information around and answered all the question arose during and after the Umrah. Both our hotels in Mecca and Medina were 5 stars and were very close to Harmain E Sharifain. Journey between Jeddah, Makkah Mukaramah and Madina Munawwarah was very comfortable. Ziaraat in both Makkah Mukaramah and Madina Munawwarah were very well planned and informative for kids and adults. We were fully guided throughout the Umrah which was very helpful for first timers. We are really happy with their service and will definitely go again and highly recommend to everyone to join their Umrah group! AlIbrahim Travel is not new to me. My son and daughter in law performed umra thru AlIbrahim travel 2 years back and last year my relatives performed thru AlIbrahim Travels. With on hesitation my wife and myself went to perform umra this march break march 11 to march 21 2017 The hotel in both makkah and madina was just opposite to haram. Breakfast was beyond expectations. Group leader took special care to those who were performed umra for the first time. This company is amazing! We've used their services for two years in a row and we plan to keep using it. The transportation, the hotel, etc. was great; they organized everything really well. The hotel they booked for us was right next to the masjid and the drivers were amazing too. We went with the leader our first year but this year we went on our own and the service was still excellent.
