Ministry Of Hajj Announcement

Alhumdullillah as per news Saudi Government will lift all Covid-19 restriction effective from Sunday, October 17,2021. It will also permit entry to the Two Holy Mosques to their full Capacity.

Umrah 1443 Rules and Regulations:

Since Saudi Arabia announced that it will begin receiving umrah pilgrimages, we are humbled with the number of inquiries about our excellent umrah services. However, at this time we are not taking any umrah groups because of numerous uncertainties (Listed Below).

As a licensed umrah agent from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Saudi Embassy, Ottawa, we are working diligently with all our partners to get correct answers to all practical uncertainties before advertising or booking any umrah package.

Please note that the process and requirements for performing umrah has changed significantly due to COVID-19, kindly keep visiting our website as we will be providing information and updates regularly to ensure that we can manage all the new requirements before advertising our affordable umrah packages and to continue offering our reputable umrah services to all our guests, in shaa Allaah.

Umrah Process for Visitors and Umrah Visas:

In our efforts to ensure the highest quality of umrah services, please allow us to kindly share some important points which you must consider before booking any Umrah arrangements:-

• Umrah is only open for above 18 years of age.

• Upon arrival in Saudi Arabia, each person must get their own SIM card and download Tawakalna App or Eatamarna App to apply for a permit to perform umrah and to register for salah in the Haram and Rawdah visit.

• To obtain an umrah permit can take several days to week(s) depending upon number of applications received by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

  • Permits are issued with a time slot so it's quite evident that the entire group, even families, might not get the same time slot to perform Umrah

  • Each person is only allowed to perform ONE Umrah

  • No one can enter the Haram except with a permit even for Tawaf

• Each person has to apply individually to attend the Haram for salah, if approval is not granted then salah is offered the hotel room or hotel mussallaah

  • In most cases you will be restricted to offer prayers in the hotel room or the hotel mussallah due to large number of applications

• In Madinah, Salam to our beloved Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) or praying in the Rawdah are almost impossible as the waiting time for a permit can take approximately a few weeks.

• Currently from Canada, only Etihad Airline from Toronto or Qatar Airways from Montreal can take umrah and tourist visa holders to Saudi Arabia.

Most Important: For the return travel from Saudi Arabia, a COVID-19 PCR test is required for each traveller and if the result is positive (Allaah forbids), that person must stay in Saudi Arabia at their own expenses until they receive a negative test to travel.

Please Note:

Following details are as per current information provided by the Ministry of Haj, there are still some ambiguities and we hope there will be more clarity on those in the coming months.

Therefore, Under the current circumstances and uncertainties by the ministry of Haj. We are not issuing any tickets, visas  or booking for any Umrah Groups.

As we get more clarity we will move forward with our Umrah groups and individual umrah arrangements. In Shaa Allah!
